Frank Zappa said, “Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say that there is plenty more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.” **

Marin Katusa said in Obama and the Coming Carbon Tax that Americans face an imminent carbon tax. As Chief Energy Investment Strategist for Casey Research, Katusa feels that President Obama will likely introduce a carbon tax a lot sooner than people think.

In my previous post I predicted increased taxes; a no-brainer given that most governments are broke and increasingly desperate for more tax revenue. And, a lot of people like the idea of “Taxing the Rich” thinking that, since THEY are not rich then let the rich pay.

Ha, they fooled us again! We’re all going to pay, folks. We’re all going to pay one way or another. And, with a carbon tax we poor folks get poorer and the rich get richer (as usual).

Here’s how it works. Amerika uses both coal and natural gas in almost equal amounts (33% each) to generate electricity. By imposing a carbon tax on coal, it makes natural gas relatively cheaper in comparison. It’s no wonder that energy companies like Exxon have been acquiring unconventional Amerikan and Canadian gas companies. In the short term it’s a money loser but in the long run there’s a lot of profit to be made.

No, ‘profit’ is NOT a four letter word. Without profits businesses would disappear and so would our way of life. However, we are going to pay for this in with higher energy bills and it is TOTALLY unnecessary. Carbon tax is short for taxing the production of carbon dioxide.

But carbon dioxide is evil isn’t it? NO, it’s not. Carbon dioxide is NOT poison; it’s plant food. Without carbon dioxide there would be NO plants and without plants there would be no animals and that includes YOU. Animals eat plants. We humans eat both plants and the animals which in turn depend on plants. Such a virtuous circle! And it’s all based on carbon dioxide.

But carbon dioxide contributes to global warming doesn’t it? You think so? Here’s how the global warming shysters at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) did it. First they created a computer model that supposedly predicts future temperatures. Then, because it’s difficult to account for water vapor, solar activity, methane they simply disregard them. And, Bingo that leaves only CO2 that supposedly causes global warming. That’s junk science.

Listen up, Grasshopper; carbon dioxide is so far down the list of global warming contributors it barely registers. Methane is about 30 times more ‘insulative’ than CO2. There are huge undersea deposits of methane slowly leaking into the atmosphere and large quantities are also produced by termites and cow farts.

Even water, yes water in all its forms like clouds, vapour and humidity is many times more ‘insulative’ than CO2. So are we gonna ban water and cow farts? Of course not. But, you see there’s NO money to be made in water vapour and cow farts so the psychopathic power-brokers, greedy banksters and desperate governments are going after carbon dioxide.

Follow the money. Governments want carbon taxes for the increased revenue. The banksters want it to create even more structured financial instruments (derivatives, as if we don’t have enough of that worthless toxic crap) based on this fictitious asset of ‘carbon’ so they can trade and sell ‘carbon credits’ and make obscene amounts of commissions and pay themselves huge bonuses. And the power-brokers and energy companies want it to make more MONEY. And we poor folks are all going to pay for it good and hard with higher energy bills.

Katusa says, “Obama isn’t dumb; he knows that just taxing the rich won’t be enough to fill the deficit gap in the United States. A carbon tax would help both financially as well as politically: Obama would look like a hero standing up to the “dirty polluters,” as well as bring in another US$100 billion in revenues.”

By the way, a hundred billion in revenue is chicken shit compared to the sixteen trillion dollar U.S. debt (and climbing). As I’ve said repeatedly and ad nauseum; we are beyond the point-of-no-return. Nothing and I mean NOTHING can be done to solve our enormous indebtedness.

And, most people will fall for this carbon tax rip-off because so many people are stupid enough to believe that ‘Climate Change’ is our fault. Yes, Obama is going to get away with it. He’s a lame duck President now so without the prospect of another term he has nothing to lose. And with the ass media behind him, with the energy company lobbyists supporting him and with the banksters owning him he’ll have no problems ripping off dumbed-down Amerikans.

Think people aren’t stupid? The psychopathic elite certainly think so. They’re so brazen they erected the Georgia Guidestones to announce their intention to drastically reduce the population of the earth’s sheeple people. Einstein and Zappa were right. And, as H.L. Mencken said, “nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the Amerikan public.”

We self-loathing, guilt-ridden westerners feel that we are a curse upon the planet. This warped mentality makes it easier for the criminal elite to swindle us with this carbon tax. It’s what The Daily Bell calls “fear-based dominant social themes – promotions – to frighten people into adopting globalist solutions to phony problems… It provides a rationale for the total reorganization of society in a manner that is ever more conducive to societal control.”

And, it’s not just the U.S. because governments worldwide are proposing and enacting carbon taxes. The global elite first imposed it on Kenya. Say what? Why pick on a poverty-stricken third world nation? Simply because Kenya is virtually defenceless against Western depredation and Kenya’s thieving oligarchs are desperate for new pillage. Plus it sets precedence; “See, even poverty stricken Kenya is on board the ecology train.”

Yesterday I got a call from Canada’s Conservative party soliciting support for a campaign against the combined forces of the Liberals and the socialist NDP who are advocating a carbon tax for Canada. I refuse membership in any political party (see I Am an Anarchist) however I donated to help them stop this unnecessary taxation stupidity.

I have been collecting a lot of material the last few years on this global warming / climate change hoax. One of these days I’m going to get riled up enough to write a long and blistering exposé. But, not today.
